At Town and Country Mediation Center we strive to provide a comfortable conference environment for mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, or group meetings. We have four comfortable conference rooms in different sizes that may be reserved for a half or whole day to accommodate your mediation or business needs.
Hourly rates are also available. We will facilitate your meeting and help make arrangements for meals to be delivered from the numerous restaurants in our area. We will supply snacks, soft drinks, tea, coffee, and bottled water for your convenience.
The Town and Country Mediation Center has secured wireless and hard wired internet for your convenience. We also offer whiteboards, Television/DVD/VHS
Setup, copier service and overhead projection.
The Town & Country Mediation Center is available to all mediators, so that
you can use any mediator of your choice. However, if you need help in
choosing a mediator, we will be happy to assist. We also have two in house
mediators, Bruce W. Bain and Joan Lucci Bain, should you desire to schedule
with one of them.
Joan Bain and Bruce Bain, are partners in the Town & Country Mediation
Center and the Bain & Bain Law Firm. Together they have over 45 years of
legal experience in an active litigation practice. They mediate civil,
commercial, employment and family law disputes.
